What Happens
I'll tell you a few anecdotes about how we'll develop our journey towards marriage!
First Step
I receive a request from you (an email, a phone call, or a simple message!) and we'll happily schedule an appointment, either in my studio in Grottammare or via video call. I'll be there from the warm, nude-colored walls of my office, and you'll be there from wherever you are in the world!
We get to know each other and you tell me about your wedding wishes!

Second Step
Our next meeting will be the first real moment of sharing — with more familiarity, ease, and smiles.
We’ll lay the groundwork for the first tasks to follow.

First of all, we’ll define the wedding style and set a general timeline for priorities.
We’ll talk about the most important vendors and start dreaming up the event’s color palette.
Third Step
Depending on how long before the wedding we meet, we ’ll start (or I’ll start, if you’re far away) the site visit phase.
This will be followed by the creation of the mood board.
Ah… the mood board, the wonderful embodiment of all the ideas for your event!
Finally, you’ll start to get a tangible sense of what it will all become!
Fourth Step
Enter the paper suite! Wow!
A fundamental element in wedding planning!
It usually represents the first point of contact between you and your guests. From the invitation, they’ll get inspiration on what to wear, which colors to choose, and what kind of celebration to expect!
Designing the graphics is often one of the most exciting parts of the entire preparation phase.
Very important to remember!!!!
For destination weddings, the entire paper suite is usually preceded by a Save the Date! But I’ll explain all the details at the right time!
Fifth Step
The long-awaited floral designs!!

Sixth Step
We’ll be getting closer to the wedding date, and your guests (if we haven’t created a dedicated website) will start asking for advice and growing increasingly excited to experience their Wedding Weekend in Italy!
We will support them, where necessary, by making them dream!
(Remember that we’re often in very popular seaside locations, and it will be impossible to reserve hotels too far in advance! Keep this in mind. Don’t let anxiety take over — it’s completely normal… unfortunately!)
Seventh Step
The wedding is now just around the corner.
It will be time to finalize the timeline, and all organizational aspects will need to run flawlessly!
Remember this… unexpected issues may always arise, but the key is handling them quickly and with a smile!
